Dato’ Ng Koong Sinn is an accomplished entrepreneur and dedicated community advocate based in Kuantan. In 2009, he established his own logistics and chemical warehousing business after gaining experience in his family business. With a keen sense of business strategy, Dato’ Ng successfully built a thriving enterprise that supports the local economy.

His commitment to community service began in 2008 when Dato’ Ng was introduced to the National Stroke Association of Malaysia (NASAM) by his Rotarian friends. Inspired by a passion to serve those in need, he played an instrumental role in setting up the NASAM Kuantan Centre in 2009, initially as the Sub-Committee Chairman. Under his leadership, the Kuantan centre flourished, providing essential support and rehabilitation for stroke survivors in the region. Although Dato’ Ng resigned from his position as Chairman, his dedication to the cause remains unwavering as he continues to serve as a Board Member of NASAM.

As the Chairman of the Sub-Committee, Dato’ Ng’s vision was to expand NASAM’s services to surrounding townships by establishing satellite centres. His goal to extend the reach of NASAM’s important work remains a key focus for the organization’s long-term growth.

Beyond his work with NASAM, Dato’ Ng is an active member of the Rotary Club of Indera Mahkota and Rotary District 3300, where he participates in various charitable initiatives. He also serves on the panel of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board in Kuantan, ensuring that ethical standards are upheld in the legal profession.

Through his contributions to NASAM, Rotary, and the local community, Dato’ Ng continues to make a meaningful impact, improving lives and providing support for those who need it most.
